Responsibilities
Help create new and advanced powertrain and driveline technology through supporting lead engineers in their projects
Work with other design and testing departments, guiding and collaborating with functional organization for technology/product concept development
Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Supports Systems Engineering by assessing and analyzing NVH performance of MPT driveline products
Assist with the use of NVH instrumentation, hardware and software
Work with the team to improve NVH development methods and the integration into existing/emerging engineering development processes
Qualification
Required
Knowledge in computer-based software, including 3D CAD, strong organizational/communication skills, ability to work with others in a team environment
Enrolled in an engineering program with an accredited school
Understand the basics of engineering theory and principles of design
Preferred
Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
