Member Support Center Representative - Full Time
1st MidAmerica is a trusted financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members. We are currently seeking a Member Support Center Representative to assist members with their telephone requests, explain services, and resolve problems.

Responsibilities
Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests
Research and resolve routine member questions and problems
Answer questions about credit union products and services
Answer loan questions, calculate payments, calculate payoffs and provide requested documentation
Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members
Maintain member account information on computer system
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year to three years of similar or related experience
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Preferred
Prior call center experience
Customer service experience
