They are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to oversee land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring client success and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
Designing project components using Civil 3D and other industry-standard tools
Performing engineering calculations and solving real-world challenges
Preparing technical specifications and construction documents
Developing cost estimates and managing project budgets
Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success
Leading and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Active P.E. license in Virginia, and/or one or more states in which Timmons Group conducts business (or ability to obtain)
6–10 years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software
