Front Desk Receptionist and E-Billing Assistant
Preg O’Donnell & Gillett is a regional, full-service litigation and business firm seeking a Reception and E-Billing Assistant for their Seattle office. This role supports both front desk operations and billing functions, requiring strong organizational skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
Receive and distribute incoming deliveries
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Set up conference rooms for meetings, including technology and refreshments
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Assist with scanning, copying, and general administrative support
Spell check and proofread client bills for accuracy
Print, save, and distribute pre-bills to attorneys
Make requested narrative edits to billing entries
Save and organize expense backup documentation
Interact with attorneys regarding billing questions and clarifications
Submit finalized bills via e-billing platforms, email, and mail
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
