Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
7–10 years in portfolio, program, or product delivery leadership

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Strategic Thinking: Aligns delivery outcomes with enterprise goals
Product Development & Go-to-Market Expertise: Builds scalable frameworks across product, marketing, sales, and service
Project Management: Skilled in planning and maintaining delivery roadmaps
Cross-Functional Leadership: Influences across business, technology, and product teams
Communication & Facilitation: Engages stakeholders at all levels
Analytical Thinking: Uses data to drive decisions and measure performance
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively resolves delivery challenges
