The Senior Experiential Producer will lead the execution of experiential projects, ensuring smooth operations from kickoff to launch while managing teams and coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities
Own delivery from kickoff to launch. Lead end-to-end execution for experiential projects: activations, hardware installations, touchscreens, kiosks, and event-based experiences, and more
Coordinate internal and external teams. Manage designers, developers, fabricators, and vendors, ensuring all moving parts align under one clear plan
Plan for reality. Build timelines, budgets, and contingency plans that anticipate real-world challenges like shipping delays, hardware failures, and onsite pivots
Lead onsite execution. Oversee installation, testing, and launch, collaborating closely with production partners and brand teams
Communicate like a pro. Keep clients informed, confident, and calm through regular updates, proactive problem-solving, and clear documentation
Protect quality and trust. Ensure every activation reflects the polish and reliability Southern Made is known for
Level up our process. Identify ways to improve our playbooks, vendor coordination, and QA methods for experiential work
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing experiential, event, or interactive projects
Experience working with hardware vendors, fabricators, and onsite crews
Strong understanding of digital components (e.g., screens, sensors, microcontrollers, WiFi networks, content management, etc.)
Strong background in project management for web, digital and experiential
Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple timelines
Calm, confident communication under pressure
Sharp instincts for when to escalate, when to adapt, and when to lead from the front
A bias for action. When something breaks, you fix it or find someone who can
