Responsibilities
Project coordination and project management of Construction Materials Testing (CMT), inspections, and transportation projects
Client consultation and maintenance
Preparation of client proposals and report preparation
Providing oversight of field staff
Project engineering duties including data reduction, analysis & report review for commercial, industrial, retail, government, office, transportation, and residential projects
Performing bridge and roadway inspections
Providing assistance to other NOVA team members to promote the overall objectives of the company
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited College/University
4+ years applicable experience field experience inspecting Commercial buildings or transportation projects
Experienced testing and inspecting soils, foundations, rebar, pavements, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials
Option 1: EIT with Project Management Experience and multiple GDOT certifications
Option 2: P.E. with CMT and/or transportation experience
Strong communication skills are a must
