Required

Has cold calling, direct sales, business development and/or account management experience
Has an outgoing personality, is conversational, perceptive and a strong active listener
Unfazed by rejection, determined to secure appointments and accountable to take ownership of challenges
Able to think on your feet – we don't use scripts!
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
MS Office proficiency

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
CRM experience is a plus
Prior financial advisor recruiting experience is a plus!
