They are seeking a College Associate specializing in Creative Strategy to support the development of creative briefs, research cultural trends, and assist in creating presentation decks for the summer season.

Responsibilities

Support the development of creative briefs and strategic frameworks that inspire ideas across music and culture

Research emerging cultural trends, audience behaviors, and brand competitors to inform strategy development

Assist with the creation of presentation decks that bring strategy to life through storytelling, data, and design

Participate in brainstorms with the Creative and Partnerships teams to see how insights turn into big ideas

Contribute insights, observations, and inspiration from music social trends

Help analyze campaign performance and summarize key takeaways to refine future strategy

Attend and participate in weekly Creative/Strategy team meetings

Collaborate with other departments (Insights, Brand Management, Creative, Production) to understand how strategy informs creative execution

Maintain cultural fluency—staying on top of what’s shaping music, fandom, and creative culture
