Aritzia is a growing company that is expanding its Technical Development team. The Senior Manager/Manager, Technical Development will lead a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the creative design vision through fit, construction, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Ensure that our product delivers a consistent and superior fit and design

Ensure that our product executes with best in class construction

Ensure that all fit samples execute on Design’s creative design vision

Bring to life our product samples to ensure wearable, functional and high quality styles

Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
