Business Development Manager - Home Comfort
ebm-papst is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of their Home Comfort business across the Americas. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, building customer relationships, and shaping market presence in residential heating, cooling, and energy recovery systems.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Home Comfort HVACR sector and build up a strategic plan for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners. Act as the voice of the customer internally to guide product development
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Application Engineering to define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Americas
Drive revenue growth by supporting the sales team with technical insights, market intelligence, and customer-specific strategies
Participate in steering committees and cross-regional collaboration with R&D, Strategy, and corporate teams to align initiatives and ensure timely execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in HVAC, energy systems, or residential technology sectors
Proven track record of launching new business fields or product lines in North or South America
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory environments, and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
Willingness to travel across the Americas as needed
