They are seeking a mid- to senior level Data & Analytics Engineer to join their Product Engineering team, responsible for modeling and serving data, improving data architecture, and collaborating with various teams to enhance their data strategy.

Responsibilities
Modeling and serving data that powers our business at every level
Improving the data architecture and adapting to new and changing business requirements
Working with leadership, product engineering, product management, analytics and insights teams to develop and sustain our first party data strategy
Working with the rest of the Product team to ensure the data stack can stay in lock step with the product software stack
Working to not only model and serve data but to tell stories with it
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data modeling, querying and developing for cloud data warehouse, and pipeline development
Strong proficiency in SQL, with a track record of writing and optimizing complex queries for large datasets
Experience with DBT (or similar data transformation tools)
Experience in Python or a similar scripting language for building data applications
Preferred
Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers
Knowledge of data governance, semantic layers, and data and engineering best practices
Experience in the digital media and entertainment industry is a plus
Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
