Evaluate cases ready for settlement in its asbestos litigation inventory
Categorize such cases by groups managed by the same outside counsel
Assist the Associate Counsel in negotiating settlements at or below sustainable value
Qualification
Required
Over a decade of experience (10+ yrs.) in asbestos litigation
Two to five years (2-5 yrs.) of experience, specifically, in New York City asbestos litigation
Experience assessing damages and negotiating settlements in asbestos cases involving asbestosis, lung cancer, and mesothelioma
Familiarity with leading plaintiffs' asbestos firms
New York licensed attorney in good standing
