Responsibilities
Support end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with recruiting activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining applicant tracking data
Help manage and track HR data, reporting, and analytics to ensure data accuracy and insights
Contribute to learning, training, and employee-experience programs (e.g., manager development, engagement surveys, recognition programs)
Participate in special projects that offer exposure to all HR disciplines — from compensation planning to organizational design
Gain a comprehensive understanding of how HR drives business results across a large, matrixed organization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
Collaborative and eager to learn multiple areas of HR
