This role involves supporting the execution of immersive brand activations and venue operations, providing hands-on experience in event logistics, hospitality, production, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Support the Experiential Venue Programs team in delivering fan-facing, immersive brand activations including VIP experiences, hospitality programs, photo opportunities, and custom venue setups

Assist with venue operations, including event planning, logistics, and creative production support

Communicate and coordinate event information across internal teams, venue staff, and external vendors

Support inventory management, equipment tracking, and material preparation for events

Assist with ticketing and audience engagement initiatives, including VIP and loyalty programs

Help create and maintain venue documents such as schedules, contact lists, production notes, and post-event reports

Track and reconcile event-related expenses and post-event settlements

Conduct research to support new program development, vendor partnerships, and experiential innovations

Provide onsite assistance during events to ensure operations and activations run smoothly, as needed

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
