Responsibilities

Supporting the design and development of the electrical architecture of high-voltage battery systems, including BMS, CMU
Assisting in translating customer and system-level requirements into feasible design and software solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (BMS HW, BMS SW, FuSa, Systems, Testing) to ensure complete system integration
Participating in RFQ/RFI processes by preparing technical input and documentation
Supporting BMS hardware integration and communication interfaces (CAN/LIN)
Contributing to system validation, including electrical testing and troubleshooting
Supporting DFMEA, DVP&R planning, and functional safety efforts aligned with ISO 26262
Onsite OEM support for flashing, initial integration, troubleshooting
Collaborating with global teams, including some travel to suppliers or OEM sites

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in the battery or EV industry, preferably in a BMS hardware or software role
Exposure to high-voltage battery systems (400–1000V) including electronic/sw design
Understanding of BMS, CAN communication, and automotive diagnostic protocols
Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and automotive product development cycles
Understanding of safety standards such as ISO 26262
Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills in English
Willingness to travel up to 15%, including visits to suppliers and OEMs, both domestic and international

Preferred

Bilingual Chinese is a plus
