Senior Photolithography Engineer-Nanofabrication

Responsibilities
Oversee and lead all the activities (maintenance, training, and process development) in the photolithography area, and especially in the advanced Photolithography. Supervise the photo engineer/technician on this technical area
Lead the process development and technology innovation of advanced lithography (3D lithography, direct laser writing). Support and supervise the REU/REV student/interns
Participate research projects of Harvard PI groups, provide the process development assistance, technical solutions, and support broad and challenge research application
In charge of all the nanofabrication backend and packaging processes
Establish and supervise the process design facility, including modeling software, Nanofab process simulation and integration
As a member of Emergency Response Team (ERT), train users on best safety practices, and help to monitor laboratory safety compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field and a minimum of five years' relevant work experience, or
A minimum of nine years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Extensive Cleanroom fabrication experiences, especially in photolithography, etching, film deposition, and metrology, packaging technology, are highly desired
The candidate should be self-motivated with a strong desire to acquire on-the-job training, to succeed, and to develop intellectual and practical professional skills
Demonstrated ability to work well in teams is essential, with excellent communication skills
Preferred
Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or a related field with 3-5 year experience is desirable
