Responsibilities
Perform industry and company research
Analyze financial statements
Prepare due diligence questions
Attend meeting or calls with company representatives
Prepare detailed financial models (Discounted Cash Flow, Guideline Public Company, and Merger and Acquisition as well as other cash flow models)
Prepare the end deliverable for the client (presentations, analysis packets, written report)
Qualification
Required
BA/BS/MA/MS - Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
G.P.A. of 3.0 required, 3.5 or higher preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Relevant internship and/or extracurricular related experiences
Strong analytical, verbal, technical, and written skills
Superior Communication and interpersonal skills
Must be eligible to work in the US, without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future
