Responsibilities
Account Management - Build and manage favorable client relationships with building owners and property managers to secure and renew maintenance/service agreements. Respond to customer inquiries and prepare estimates to ensure satisfactory resolution. Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company while also delivering on customer requirements. Drive sales KPIs including Time and Material processing, repair bookings and capital planning. Partner with Business Services Center to validate accounts receivable information, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Operations & Field Management - Build a safe and effective team environment by leading field technicians to ensure maintenance meets quality standards as well as contract requirements. Responsible for coordinating routes, scheduling, ordering parts and verifying payroll accuracy while assuring fulfillment standards. Educate technicians on processes, tools and standards through training and performance programs thereby continuously improving service delivery. Manage logistics and implement preventive maintenance strategies
Communication, Collaboration & Problem Solving - Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customer to investigate, resolve and address any operational challenges that may arise. Maintain relationships with local IUEC business agents and communicate effectively to resolve disputes. Partner with New Installation and Modernization Project Managers during contract conversions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with engineers, technical service staff, and contractors to optimize project workflows and identify potential efficiencies or improvements
Quality and Safety - Perform regular site inspections to deliver exceptional service, maintenance, warranty and repair offerings. Conduct Field Safety Audits at required intervals to ensure technicians understand and follow safe work practices. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or an equivalent 5+ years of experience, preferably in a similar function such as Project Management, Account Management or Service/Maintenance management
Strong problem-solving, time management, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage sensitive employee relations with proven leadership skills
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Flexibility to be on-call as needed and balance a mix of office and fieldwork
Working knowledge of SAP and elevators/escalators
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
HVAC, building automation, facilities maintenance, electrical or plumbing experience
Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships
