Manage a workers' compensation defense caseload with independence
Successfully try cases, conduct depositions and mediations
Effectively establish, build, and maintain relationships with all assigned clients
Participate in marketing and business development opportunities within the firm
Engage in a collaborative team atmosphere
Utilize available technology to manage clients effectively and efficiently within a paperless work environment
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Illinois
Experience in workers' compensation defense
Ability to manage a caseload independently
Proven trial experience, including conducting depositions and mediations
Strong relationship-building skills with clients
Interest in marketing and business development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in utilizing technology in a paperless work environment
