Responsibilities

Implements and has oversight of INTEGRIS Health facilities managed care strategy, including ongoing review and analysis of financial performance
Develops and manages all managed care third party payer recovery activities, ensuring payer compliance with payment arrangements
Directs, supervises, plans, coordinates and oversees specific functions and activities of the Managed Care Recovery, Payor Contracting, Consumer Priceline, Pharmaceutical Assistance Program, Provider Relations staffs to ensure the goals and objectives of the INTEGRIS strategic plan are being met
Oversees revenue cycle education for both administrative and clinical staff and the development of common policies and procedures for all appropriate System staff
Ensures department staff are managed effectively, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
Develops department budgets, fiscal accountability and achieving financial goals/results
Reports to assigned leader

Required

Bachelor's degree
8 years managed care or case management experience
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

Preferred

Experience with presenting to small and large groups
