They are seeking an experienced Director / Vice President of Medicare Product Sales to lead and expand their national distribution of Medicare insurance products, focusing on building carrier relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development & Execution

Design and implement national and regional sales strategies for Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, and Medicare Supplemental products

Identify growth opportunities across channels and optimize distribution partnerships

Carrier Relationship Management

Well networked with leading insurance carriers

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with new carrier prospects

Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless onboarding

Business Development & Category Expansion

Build and maintain key partnerships with FMOs, IMOs, and agencies

Identify and lead potential new business development opportunities within the insurance vertical

Sales Performance & Reporting

Oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking

Follow CRM best practices to improve visibility and accountability across the team

Required

10+ years of performance lead generation sales experience with 5+ years in Medicare or senior-market leadership

Proven success selling and managing Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, and Med Supp product lines within performance lead generation space (offline or online consumer initiated inbounds and web leads)

Established carrier relationships and deep understanding of product structures and underwriting

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar goals

Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
