Engineer System Management

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer responsible for client support requests and the maintenance of PC hardware and software. The role includes leading project tasks and optimizing technology infrastructure while providing 2nd line end user support and acting as an escalation point for unresolved technical issues.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line end user support for EOC / WOC / Canada offices but also provide support for other global systems and users maintaining all current KPI’s that align with the L2 team
To act as an escalation triage point for technical issues that are unresolved by L2 team before ticket transfer to other resolver groups
Documentation of known issues into shared knowledgebase and ensuring it is kept current by L2 team
Working on small to medium sized IT projects such as rollouts, automation initiatives and equipment installed in conjunction with other IT teams
Administration of our internal Office 365, Azure AD environments as well as other internal applications
To have strong technical knowledge of Win 11 from a desktop support perspective
To have strong technical knowledge of MS Intune and SCCM which includes but not limited to device management and software deployment

Required
