Stellantis is seeking a highly skilled, solutions-oriented Yard Manager to join their Customer Experience/Yard Management team. The Yard Manager will manage vehicles in plant shipping yards with quality concerns and work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient repairs and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment

Display effective communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership

Possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment

Lead all activities associated with quality hold property stock for responsible products

Lead cross functional team to develop and implement repair processes that ensure vehicles are repaired correctly resulting in a warranty reduction

Ensure 100% cost recovery for all quality holds

Strong understanding of logistics network and repairing of vehicles in a timely manner

Develop and maintain internal databases that track inventory and process audits

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing

5 + years Manufacturing or Customer Experience work experience

Preferred

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, or a Bachelor Degree in Finance from an accredited university or college

MBA from an accredited university or college

5 + years manufacturing experience

SAP Enterprise

Purchasing experience

Knowledge of related databases / Lotus Notes / PRI / Web systems (Broadcast, Rubicon)

Proven track record working with inspection / repair companies or similar

Assertive and ambitious nature

Results oriented

Motivated to learn new principles and ideas, and have excitement in applying these new principles
