EOSOL is seeking a Civil / Structural Supervisor to oversee the execution of civil and structural works according to technical specifications and quality standards. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project schedules while supervising various construction activities and managing quality control.

Responsibilities

Technical Supervision

Oversee the daily execution of civil and structural works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction procedures

Review construction drawings, rebar and formwork layouts, and structural steel plans before execution

Verify levels, alignment, and geometry during concrete placement or structural installation

Supervise excavation, foundations, rebar installation, formwork, concrete pouring, steel erection, and finishing works

Quality Control

Ensure the quality of materials (concrete, steel, bolts, welds, etc.) and their correct handling and storage

Coordinate and document laboratory tests (concrete compression, welding, ultrasonic testing, etc.)

Prepare inspection and nonconformance reports, proposing corrective and preventive actions

Ensure all work complies with project quality standards, codes, and specifications

Safety and Environmental Management

Enforce HSE standards in all work areas

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work procedures

Stop unsafe activities and immediately report any incidents or near misses to HSE management

Planning and Coordination

Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings with engineering, planning, and HSE departments

Coordinate activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) to avoid work conflicts

Control the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure productivity and efficiency

Support the preparation of progress reports, work schedules, and production tracking

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain up-to-date inspection records, checklists, As-Built drawings, and daily field reports

Report any technical issues, deviations, or additional work requirements to management

Participate in coordination and safety meetings as required
