Responsibilities

Assists with questions and issues about products, services, discrepancies, and customer information files

Ensures customer records are correct

Ensures cases are resolved properly

Supports the Branches, Back Office, with any DDA CDA or IRA related Questions

We verify and process all Signature Cards, Business Documents and Legal Documents from the Branches and Back Office

We maintenance two Department mailboxes daily

Required

High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training

Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Precise hand/eye coordination

Basic keyboarding/typing skills

Excellent communication skills

Problem solving skills

Preferred

Relevant experience preferred but not required
