Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm or US agency experience to join their antitrust practice. The successful applicant will have transactional antitrust experience and will be involved in HSR and deal counseling, as well as merger investigations before various enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities

Have two to six years of transactional antitrust experience, including HSR and deal counseling, and merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other enforcement agencies

Experience with other substantive antitrust compliance counseling work and antitrust litigation outside of the transactional area also desired

Exhibit excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and ability to multi-tasks across matters

Law firm or government-trained attorneys with related experience are preferred

New York or District of Columbia bar membership required
