BoldVoice is a communication coaching app that helps ESL professionals find their clearest and most confident voice. The Growth Marketing Intern will assist in scaling marketing efforts, focusing on creator partnerships, video ad campaigns, and social media growth.

Responsibilities

Source, vet, and manage creator partnerships and UGC collaborations
Plan and execute video-based ad campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Analyze creative performance data to identify winning hooks, formats, and trends
Help grow our organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation and testing

Required

Current student (BA, BS, or MBA) or recent graduate
Deep familiarity with social platforms: you're the kind of person who scrolls TikTok not just for fun, but to understand what works
Ideally, you've created content yourself (videos, reels, UGC, etc.) and know how to tell a story that grabs attention in the first three seconds
Sharp creative instincts: you have opinions on what makes a caption or hook perform
Analytical mindset: you enjoy running small experiments, tracking results, and iterating fast
Genuine curiosity about AI, consumer products, and startups
Empathy for BoldVoice's users — international professionals learning English
Self-starter who thrives in an unstructured environment and takes ownership from idea to execution
