Surgical Device Territory Manager
Four Corners Executive Search is seeking a Surgical Territory Manager to drive new sales and provide clinical support in the operating room. The role involves working closely with surgeons and OR staff, developing a territory business plan, and executing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Sell and provide training on surgical devices to surgeons and OR staff
Travel within assigned territory to support cases and customer relationships
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and activity updates
Support trade shows, meetings, and promotional campaigns
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory procedures
Assist leadership on special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and record-keeping abilities
Comfortable demonstrating devices in real-time and presenting to groups
Mechanically inclined with creative problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications
Standing for extended periods during surgeries and conferences
Travel up to several hours for case support
Comfortable public speaking and working consecutive days including weekends
Ability to identify subtle visual details in surgical settings
Preferred
2–5 years of medical device or hospital sales experience preferred
Residing in Salt Lake City, UT or Las Vegas, NV is preferred due to in-person responsibilities
