New Grad, Entry LevelCross Creek Nursery & Landscaping is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual for their floral department. The Floral Support & Customer Care Representative will assist customers with orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely deliveries of floral arrangements.
Retail
Responsibilities
Greet customers over the phone and assist with placing floral orders
Handle daily phone and email inquiries related to floral products, deliveries, and special requests
Communicate with delivery drivers to confirm order details and ensure timely deliveries
Provide support to other departments when needed by answering overflow calls
Prepare invoices, file paperwork, and maintain organized floral department records
Assist with reconciliation of floral statements and outgoing billing
Lend a hand during high-volume floral holidays, including extended shifts
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Must be available Saturdays
Additional hours required during peak floral holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Positive, courteous, and professional demeanor
Must be available for extended hours during major floral holidays
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office administration
Experience with FTD or floral POS systems
