Responsibilities
Manages the planning and execution of the fabrication operations across the region aligned to production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals
Oversees the implementation of safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites within the region
Ensures consistent operational practices and safety compliance across the region
Effectively manages inventory levels across the region through the production process
Drives operational/sales strategies and projects across a team of Fabrication Managers to achieve KPIs and strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field
May require certification
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines
Preferred
Proven operational leadership with a track record of successfully managing multi-unit team in a matrix environment
Proficiency in operational analysis, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
Ability to align operational strategies with business objectives and contribute to long term planning
Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee and execute operational projects effectively
Deep understanding of the industry best practices and trends in operations management
