Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design to translate business goals into people strategies that drive innovation, speed, and impact

Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to executives and managers, helping them navigate growth, org design, and leadership development

Design and implement scalable organizational systems, including performance management, workforce planning, and engagement frameworks

Use data and insights to guide decision-making around structure, succession, and talent health

Collaborate cross-functionally with the People team to deliver cohesive and equitable people programs

Build manager capability through feedback, leadership training, and coaching

Drive clarity and alignment through thoughtful change management and internal communication
