Sales Account Executive (Remote - Commission-Based)

Develop relationships with new and existing clients within the IT and other verticals
Identify hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates that meet client expectations
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement
Represent Avant Tech’s brand at industry events and networking opportunities
Collaborate with our leadership team to align business goals and strategies
Qualification
Required
Driven sales or recruiting professional
Existing network in the IT industry or other verticals
Passion for connecting talent with opportunity
Ability to develop relationships with new and existing clients
Experience in identifying hiring needs and delivering qualified candidates
Experience managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement
Ability to represent Avant Tech's brand at industry events and networking opportunities
