Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of accrediting continuing educational activities, including consultation calls with planners, creating activity applications, managing event logistics, and evaluating post-activity outcomes

Serve as a liaison between entity-level planners to manage accurate and timely submission of documentation, financial disclosures, and evaluations

Ensure activity documentation and content meet Joint Accreditation standards and State regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and data accuracy

Manage the department inbox by triaging learner inquiries and technical difficulties, providing clear and timely resolutions or routing appropriately

Track project milestones (applications, evaluations, and reporting deadlines) and assist with preparing progress summaries
