Provides administrative support requiring knowledge of lending operations and procedures
Responsible for servicing clients promptly and professionally in addition to the processing and handling of any functions related to loan activities
Facilitates monetary requests (advances, payments, transfers, overdrafts, deposits, etc)
Assists clients regarding loan and demand deposit related matters
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of lending operations and procedures
Ability to provide administrative support in a high service environment
Experience in servicing clients promptly and professionally
Skills in processing and handling functions related to loan activities
Ability to facilitate monetary requests (advances, payments, transfers, overdrafts, deposits, etc.)
