Responsibilities
Work directly with business leaders on various planning exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting
Work with finance and business leaders during the close period to resolve issues and report progress through the monthly business close
Report on monthly performance, providing analysis, insights, and narratives of financial data
Develop actionable insights to drive business performance
Distribute monthly functional spend analysis, sales and operational KPI’s, leading and lagging indicators, retention results, reporting, and field results as required
Lead market labor services pricing rationalization
Support field business leaders with a regular review of customer service contract analysis
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree and/or at least 3 years of related experience
Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet software, ERP, and Sub Systems for data reporting, such as ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Fabric/BI
