Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning and initiation through completion and evaluation
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and stakeholder expectations
Facilitate collaboration across research, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to maintain transparency and drive progress
Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate clear, data-driven progress reports for leadership
Identify risks and dependencies early, developing proactive strategies to mitigate issues before they impact timelines or budgets
Coordinate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring all parties remain aligned on objectives and deliverables
Lead regular project meetings, prepare executive summaries, and maintain documentation that supports governance and compliance
Continuously evaluate processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement within project management practices
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with a talent for uniting technical and non-technical stakeholders around shared goals
Proven success managing projects within biotech, medtech, or health technology environments
Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to measure project success and inform strategic decisions
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a commitment to driving results and fostering collaboration
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
At least five years of project management experience, ideally within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health technology industries
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in a regulated or research-driven environment
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification
