As a Database Management Intern, you will support sales and marketing operations through data management and CRM optimization, working closely with the Sales Operations and Technology teams to enhance the Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities

Identify and merge duplicate records within Salesforce (contact, account, and opportunity levels) to improve accuracy and usability
Audit Salesforce data for missing or incomplete information and use a variety of online research tools to update and validate records
Assist in evaluating opportunities to streamline manual data entry through reports, validation rules, or basic automation tools within Salesforce
Support the development of dashboards or reports that help leadership visualize key metrics, such as sales pipeline health, lead conversion rates, or customer engagement trends
Help document data management standards and create easy-to-follow guides for users to support consistency across teams
Participate in other projects or tasks as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field with an expected graduation date after August 2026
Strong interest in sales operations, data management, or CRM systems
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to Salesforce, Power BI, or similar data tools is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from others
