Responsibilities
3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics
On the job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to business unit deliverables
Online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in the core disciplines that fuel Entegris
Face-to-face interactions with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings
Circulate across functional lines working within diverse high-performing project teams
Establish meaningful relationships with seasoned mentors that are technically and commercially accomplished
Introduction and reinforcement of the Entegris PACE values
Active workshopping of behavioral competencies that lead to long-term performance and dynamic leadership in a global organization
Develop as a professional in both technical and emotional intelligence

Qualification
Required
Aligned employment start date with the ELDP program start date - June 22nd, 2026
Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, data analytics, and/or engineering with a strong GPA – graduation as of December 2025 or Spring 2026
New to the job market or at the early part of their supply chain career
Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits package

Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
Self-starter with a proclivity for taking initiative and jumping right in
