Head of Global Signature Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and lead the global account strategy for major customers. This includes multi-year account plans, performance metrics, and global governance structures
Establish and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within client organizations across different regions
Orchestrate and lead virtual, global, cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver coordinated solutions and a seamless customer experience
Identify and drive opportunities for growth within existing global accounts, focusing on upselling, cross-sells, new products, and services
Lead large and complex contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to secure favourable and long-term commercial agreements
Monitor account performance against targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients, helping them stay ahead of industry trends and risks
Qualification
Required

Analytical skills to leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and demonstrate value to clients
Experience working across multiple markets and navigating different cultures
Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and influence both internal and external stakeholders without direct authority
Ability to manage competing demands on your time, actively prioritising and remaining calm under pressure while navigating complexity and challenges with confidence and resilience
