Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive litigation support for personal injury cases from intake through trial
Draft, file, and manage legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders
Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met
Conduct factual and legal research as needed
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation
Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and filing procedures in Texas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software is a plus
Preferred
Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
