InternBoldVoice is a communication coaching app that helps ESL professionals find their clearest and most confident voice. They are seeking a Product Manager intern to support their product efforts by conducting QA testing, managing data collection, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and supporting user research initiatives.

Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to identify and document bugs and usability issues in the app
Thoroughly test our pronunciation feedback model to find issues and report unexpected results
Manage end-to-end data collection and labelling processes
Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure resolution of bugs
Support user research initiatives, including conducting interviews and analyzing findings
Maintain and improve internal documentation and workflows for product development
Qualification
Required
You are a student pursuing your BA, BS or MBA, or recent graduate
You have some prior experience or demonstrated interest in product and UX
You have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and are passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences
You are motivated, creative, scrappy, and enjoy self-directed work
Must be a US-based candidate, based in NYC, and able to work in person. Non-US and non-NYC based candidates will not be considered
Must be able to dedicate at least 20 hours a week (ideally closer to full time)
Preferred
Big plus if you are familiar with linguistics and IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet)
