Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating complex licensing arrangements

Advising on transactional privacy issues and compliance and regulatory matters

Providing commercially-minded and pragmatic counsel to clients

Managing and prioritizing multiple projects

Working independently and as a member of a team

Contributing to the practice group training environment

Required

Three to five years of experience in technology transactions

Experience with high technology commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing

Substantive experience with drafting and negotiating complex licensing arrangements

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Good analytical skills

Creative problem-solving abilities in a transactional context

Thoughtful drafting of customized agreements to meet specific client needs

Desire to stay abreast of related legal developments

Ability to actively contribute to the practice group training environment

Preferred

Experience with agreements involving artificial intelligence counseling and deployments

Experience with software and content licensing

Experience with partnering and distribution agreements

Experience with application hosting and cloud hosting services

Experience with intellectual property development and technology transfer relationships

Experience advising on transactional privacy issues and compliance and regulatory matters
