They are seeking a Business Development Intern to gain hands-on exposure to the strategic processes behind identifying, securing, and integrating acquisitions, while supporting the BD team with various tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities

Gain firsthand experience in the full spectrum of business development activities, including acquisition strategy, research, and integration planning

Support the BD team in organizing and maintaining SharePoint documentation for improved efficiency and accessibility

Assist in compiling and organizing testimony and regulatory documentation related to acquisitions

Help develop and maintain a public-facing database of affirmative acquisition references to support future growth initiatives

Conduct research and prepare reports to support a wide variety of items including acquisition evaluations and strategic planning

Assist with databases and other reporting tools to compile, calculate, track, and report data pertaining to various processes

Required

Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass a background check

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excels in both verbal and written communication skills

Effective problem solving and ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings clearly

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage documentation and support project workflows

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and database tools

Ability to manage time across multiple projects and deadlines

Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams
