Responsibilities

Build impactful features: Use React, Ruby on Rails and AWS to design and develop new features that improve the customer experience research journey
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with our multidisciplinary Product team to develop innovative solutions that meet the real-world needs of our users
Innovate for user needs: Actively contribute ideas to enhance existing tools, focusing on how we can improve user experiences and solve customer challenges more effectively
Drive projects forward: Take the lead on technical execution, ensuring products are not only built efficiently but are aligned with our users' goals and feedback
Mentor and collaborate: Share your expertise, guiding the team in best practices while learning from others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
