Client Success Specialist
Securitas Technology empowers caregivers to deliver connected, productive, and safe care. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for regional clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their goals through effective adoption of solutions.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Understand client goals and challenges and help them achieve measurable success with our solutions
Monitor client survey feedback and follow up on detractor surveys
Initiate client success projects, establish a regular meeting cadence, and coordinate required resources
Observe regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), with clients
Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to product/feature development discussions
Drive client retention, satisfaction, and reference ability
Must be prepared for domestic travel
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent, OR equivalent professional experience in a role requiring high levels of organization, communication, and client interaction
2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client-facing roles
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple client accounts with varying needs
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and client success platforms such as CloadCoach
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into client action plans
Empathetic, client-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
Preferred
Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment
Background in the Healthcare industry
