Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning their long-term strategic goals with the Celonis technical vision

Lead the overarching data, cloud, and innovation strategy for our largest global accounts, utilizing methodologies like Capability Mapping to identify high-value opportunities

Architect first-of-a-kind solutions using emergent technologies like Agentic AI to solve complex enterprise challenges

Partner with Sales and Value Engineering driving revenue through new customer acquisition and strategic up-selling

Act as a critical feedback loop between our Product & Engineering teams and the market, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes our future offerings

Develop and deliver customer-facing position papers, assets, and presentations that establish our brand as a leader in architecture and innovation

Qualification

Required

15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as a CTO at a consulting firm, as Field CTO at a software vendor, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture within a major corporation

Proven track record of presenting complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders in a way that emphasizes business value

Deep experience in Enterprise Modernization, EA Methodologies, and a robust understanding of Agentic AI

Ability to pivot from high-level architecture diagrams to hands-on demo

Excellent background in Data Architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions like Salesforce and ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of at least one ERP SAP or Oracle or in alternative strong domain expertise in high regulated industries like Financial Services

MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field
