Required

A Ph.D. in Biology or a related field is required
Experience in the analysis of next-generation sequencing data
Experience in whole-genome alignments and assemblies
Familiarity with computational biology techniques
Familiarity with scientific programming
Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies

Preferred

Experience in the analysis of next-generation sequencing data is preferred
Prior experience with cloud and/or high-performance computing is a bonus
Spring or summer 2026 start dates preferred
