Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Director
RealREPP is a manufacturer of doors, frames, and openers, and they are seeking a Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Director. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System across North American manufacturing and sales centers, ensuring efficient transformation of raw materials into finished products while driving improvements in quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products
Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality
Train, lead and develop staff and process owners to improve quality of products through process improvements on every value stream
Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams. Support A3 thinking and problem solving
Lead, coach, mentor and train employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity
Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures
Support all value streams with standard work and documented process’s with visible metrics to ensure consistent high quality. Utilize process improvement tools of Lean, 5S, standard work, Value Stream transformation to assist not only quality improvements, but also shortening of product manufacturing lead times
Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives
Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with supervisors and managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes
Deploy and Support the Standardization of the QMS practices and procedures around all manufacturing sites and sales centers in North America
Design, develop and implement quality control training programs
Support New Product Development with test procedures and protocols
Ensure that any regulatory requirements for products are maintained, documented and supported
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Management role
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a assembly high volume manufacturing environment
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
Demonstrated deployment of a Business Operating System
Value Stream mapping, SPC, FMEA, DMAIC, CAPA, problem solving and root cause analysis, audit techniques, quality management processes and procedures, legal standards, continuous improvement, inspection criteria and procedures
