Responsibilities

Manage and perform building tune-up projects

Lead or support monitoring-based commissioning efforts

Conduct energy assessments, audit field work, and report writing

Support ATS facilityCARE projects and ongoing performance services

Develop and optimize high-performance control sequences

Analyze building, utility, and meter data

Plan, monitor, and report on measurement and verification (M&V) activities

Provide energy engineering support and assist with project development

Create and interpret data visualizations

Deploy and analyze fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) software

Serve as a Seattle Building Tune-Ups Field Specialist

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage own schedule and workload effectively

Preferred

Knowledge of energy savings calculations

Computer programming experience

Knowledge of Building Mechanical Systems and High-Performance Sequences

Strong understanding of Energy Management and DDC Control theory and applications

Familiarity with lighting systems, building ventilation requirements, and renewable energy
